RETURN POLICY

Please read this in English for complete accuracy!

We always work hard to ensure you are happy with our service. If for any reason you would like to return a product you purchased, we are happy to accept returns according to the below policy.

  • Returns will be accepted within 15 days of the delivery of the item.
  • Your item must be strictly unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You will only be refunded the price you have paid for the item.
  • Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
  • In case a purchase was made using a coupon, whether for free delivery or discounts, the price paid for the returned product will be refunded and the coupon will be void.

To start a return process, please contact us within 15 days. We will then inform you of the steps needed to move forward. Please do not send back products without contacting us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Make sure your return shipping is trackable in case anything happens on its way to us.

When the product is received and examined, we will make the refund and you will receive an email from our payment gateway, Stripe, stating that your refund is under process. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted; it may take up to 10 business days to show up in your bank account. In case it doesn’t show up, please contact your bank.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately after receiving it. Make sure to include a photo of the product as you received it. In this case, the return shipping is not your responsibility and instructions will be provided.


We reserve the right to reject return and refund requests in situations we believe to be fraudulent or not adhering to our policy.
